Important Dates to Remember

The Town Office and Municipal Officers are getting ready for the annual voting and Town Meeting. We would appreciate everyone’s participation and involvement.
- Public Hearing will be held on February 24th at 6pm to discuss the upcoming vote: “Would the citizens of St. Albans like to move the Town Office to a new location to allow for an Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliant Town Office”. The goal for the Public Hearing is to inform the citizens of information gathered by the Board of Selectpersons and allow for questions to be asked. There will be documents for review during the Public Hearing.
- Annual Voting is on February 28th from 8am - 7pm. Sample ballots have been posted around Town for the residents to review. The Registrar of Voters will be available to register anyone who wishes to vote and is not registered in St. Albans.
- Annual Town Meeting is on March 1st and will begin at 9am until adjournment.
We encourage all registered voters within Town to participate in all three activities within the next week. We do ask that everyone comes with an open mind to all options and information being provided. Everyone who is in attendance comes to the meetings with a goal of doing what is in the best interest of the Town. The Municipal Officers would appreciate everyone who comes to remain positive and express their opinions in a constructive manner.
