Happy “Day After Election Day!”

The staff at the Town Office have had an exceptionally busy week, beginning with Monday’s Special Town Meeting and continuing through Election Day. We want to take a moment to recognize and thank all of our registered voters who took the time to participate in the election, as well as those who registered to vote for the first time on Election Day. Your participation and involvement in our community are greatly appreciated!

A HUGE thank-you also goes out to everyone who attended Monday’s Special Town Meeting and voted in favor of purchasing a new fire truck, with the assistance of FEMA grant funding. This is an exciting step forward for our Fire Department and our community!

With that being said, the Town Office will be closing at 2:00 PM today to give our staff a little time to catch their breath and recharge before tackling the remainder of the week. We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support!

The Town Office will reopen Thursday, November 5th, at 8:00 AM.

IMPORTANT TAX REMINDER

All outstanding 2024 property taxes must be paid by 4:00 PM tomorrow, November 5th, to prevent the automatic foreclosure process from proceeding.
