Grange Hall Demolition Bid

The Town of St. Albans is accepting bids for the demolition of the Grange Hall near 7 Water Street, St. Albans. The bid specifications and requirements can be found by selecting Documents and then Bids & Notices.

Bids must be submitted by April 24, 2026 at 4PM to be considered. Please contact the Town Manager at the Town Office with any questions.
