Public Hearing and Special Town Meeting Information

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 6PM to discuss the proposed “Medical Cannabis Registered Caregiver Permitting Ordinance”. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office prior to the Public Hearing, as well as at Indian Lake Market and AE Robinson. You can also find the ordinance on our website by choosing:

The Special Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 6PM for the citizens to vote on adopting the ordinance referenced above and allow use of additional funds for projects in St. Albans. The warrant for the Special Town Meeting will be posted at the Jonathan Bowman Center for Enrichment, AE Robinson, Indian Lake Market, St. Albans Post Office, and the Town Office.
