Town of St. Albans 2023 DOG LICENSES ARE NOW AVAILABLE! Maine State Law requires all dogs 6 months of age or older to be licensed and have a current Maine Rabies Vaccination. Be sure to bring your dog’s current rabies certificate, and neutered/spayed certificate, if applicable. If you no longer have a dog or if your dog is now deceased, please contact the Town office at 938-4568. Dog Licenses are due December 31, 2022.
- Altered Dog - $6.00
- Dangerous Dog - $100
- Unaltered Dog - $11.00
- Court ordered after Aug 1, 2018, Late Fee - $25.00 (per dog)
- Late Fee - $140.00
- Nuisance Dog - $30.00 (court ordered after Aug 1, 2018)

6:00 p.m.
The municipal officers of the Town of St. Albans will meet at the Town Hall on the 9th day of August 2023 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing to adopt full 2022-2023 General Assistance Ordinance effective Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
The public will be given an opportunity to be heard prior to the consideration of the above ordinance by the municipal officers. A copy of the ordinance is available by request.
