Crocker Cemetery Association
A Privately owned Cemetery on land once owned by the Crocker family, is a neat, well kept cemetery. It is located on the east side of town next to the Mower Farm. This Cemetery is not maintained by the Town of St. Albans.
On September 11th, 1915, eight East St. Albans citizens met with Nettie Mower to discuss a neighborhood cemetery. Officers were elected and the first official meeting was held at the East St. Albans Library on Oct. 22, 1915. Monthly meetings were held and yearly dues of .25 cents were decided upon.
A neat iron fence surrounds this cemetery and it is still in use as a peaceful resting place for the descendants of the original owners.
The Crocker Cemetery Association is still active today with a membership of about eighteen.
Officers from 1987-1988 were: President, Blaine Tibbetts; Vice-President, Winifred Wiers; Secretary, Muriel Nelson; Treasurer, Elaine Mower; and Sexton, Joseph Tripaldi.
Officers since 2009: President, Richard Crocker; Vice President, Blaine Tibbetts; Treasurer, Linda Crocker; Secretary, Cheryl Braley; Sexton, Eric Brailey

Lang Cemetery Inscriptions
John Currier, July 31, 1888
“I have fought a good fight
The race appointed I hav run
The combat is over, the prize is won.
And now my witness is on high
And now my records in the sky.”
Mary J. Malbon of Malbons Mill - died February 5, 1899
“I have a heritage of joy,
Tis hard to part with mother dear,
Whose love we shared so long.
Her toiling hands and voice so clear
Expressed her love so long.”
